In His Time…

Who do you want answering the phone at 3:00 AM?

“While watching for the fourth time Israel Survives Against All Odds, the story of Israel’s survival, the documentary told the following story:

President Richard M. Nixon, one of the most maligned men ever in American politics, received a phone call at 3:00  AM.  It was Israel’s Prime Minister Golda Meir asking for arms for her nation to survive the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

Many years before his mother had read young Richard many Old Testament stories, and after one story she said: Richard, someday you will be in a position to help Israel.  You had better help them.  At 3:00 AM in the midst of a war to exterminate the Jews from Israel Richard M. Nixon remembered his mother’s warning and sent the largest airlift of weapons and supplies since WW II.  The rest is history.
During a recent campaign one of the candidates asked: Who do you want answering the phone at 3:00 AM?
We have seen how the current occupant of the White House answered the phone during the Benghazi attack, or the IRS scandal, or the border scandal, or the James Wright Foley beheading.
Keep this in mind when November rolls around and a particular party asks you: Just give us another chance.
I do not plan to vote Republican, or Democrat, or Independent, I plan to vote Conservative and for someone who will stand up for Israel!!
Genesis 12:1-3: ‘Now the LORD had said unto Abram…….I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him who curseth thee.'”  ~ G. E.
I agree with my good friend here. I stand with Israel; I support her and pray for her.
