  1. Tena, it’s probably a fault with my computer, but the pictures would not come up. However, the link worked perfectly and showed many pictures on that site. The situation is incredibly frightening. Our hope and trust must continue to be in our God. (Oh, as I scrolled back, there were the pictures! Must have taken a while to load.)

    Thank you for this.

  2. Hi Tena,

I couldn’t get the pictures to work, but I followed the link. I was saddened, but not surprised. My daughter was married to a Muslim for a time, and although I know there are some good-hearted Muslims out there, he was not one of them, and the mindset shown in these pictures does not surprise me.

I don’t think we truly understand the outlook of militant Muslims, but I agree with Shirley. Our hope must continue to be in our God.

  3. PS. The pictures came up after my comment posted.

  4. Wow, that’s crazy. I wish there will be peace soon. But God’s with us all…

  5. Yes, He is, Jen. And I’m glad!

  6. The same article also said:
“Other Muslims maintained that the protesters were extremists not representative of mainstream British Muslims:
Asghar Bukhari, chairman of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee, said the demonstration in London should have been stopped by police because the group had been advocating violence.

He said the protesters “did not represent British Muslims”.

Mr Bukhari told the BBC News website: “The placards and chants were disgraceful and disgusting, Muslims do not feel that way. “

  7. Thank you, Helen, for pointing this fact out. I do realize that ALL Muslims don’t feel this way. Just like any group of people, there are the “bad apples”. The problem, though is, this is how the terrorists, who have some power, feel, and that’s the dangerous thing about all this.

Mr. Bukhari said, “Muslims do not feel that way.” Obviously, some do.

God loves people (all of them), but hate will drive a person to do whatever they can, to destroy. That’s a sad fact.

    Have a great day, Helen.
