Wonderful Lunch Spot

Gayle’s Bakery in Capitola, California is one of the most wonderful places to have lunch, dessert and coffee. You can also take dinner home. If you’ve never been, and you are ever in the vicinity, you owe it to yourself to visit there. Todd (my son) and I went there yesterday after our chiropractic appointments and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Here are some pics. :D

Lunch: Sandwiches and wraps.

Salads.

Dinner.

Dessert.

I took this photo just for my Pastor. :) He LOVES creme brulee.

Mine and Todd’s lunch: Tuna sandwich, chicken w/ pesto sandwich on croissant, cole slaw, caramel-chocolate parfait, and strawberry éclair’. M-m-m-m-m-m, good! :D

  • Must stop next time I pass through Capitola. Your pictures are enticing me to head down Highway 1 when we come up to SF next time.

You would love this place, Sis. Hopper. The problem with it is having to make decisions on what to have for lunch and what to have for dessert. Sigh…such a problem. :)

  • Yum! I have 2 hours till lunch time & this is making me even more hungry..Hmmm? I wonder if I can convince Kirk to take me there this weekend instead of Laguna Seca.

Laguna Seca?! What are you going to see there? Will it be hot? It was 103 here in Gilroy today! Sizzlin’!

Hey, are you going to post again anytime soon on your blog? Pleeeeeease…? Love you. :)

  • Never mind visiting California for the Pacific, Celebrities, and gorgeous terrain – I’m coming for this!!!

Hello, theepiphany! So glad you visited my blog and commented! :)
Ha! You’re cute. I guess you could include Gayle’s Bakery in your vacation itinerary. :D Have you ever been to California?

  • Never been there, or live anywhere near there… but those desserts look nummy!

    Nummy, nummy indeed! :D

  • Looks like a delicious place to eat! I’ll take the creme brulee!

  • Thanks for the picture of the creme brulee. That is my favorite dessert!

  • Hi again!

I wish they had a place down here like Gayle’s. I have a new more personal blogspot now called Aune’s Adventures. Check it out every now and then. I hope you enjoy the video of my twins!

Okay, I’ll go have a look.
