God WILL Lead You To The Hungry Souls!

God did an amazing thing last night and I’m so excited about it that I must share.

Last November, our church had a “Turkey Give-Away”. It was at our church, outside. We had live music, testimonies, free food, and of course, we gave turkeys away. It was awesome!

Throughout the day, our church members were visiting with guests, obtaining Bible Studies, giving tours of the church, etc. There was a couple who seemed to enjoy it all, for they were smiling, laughing, talking, and they said, “Yes” to a Bible Study!

Well, some how, the Bible Study info was misplaced and we had no way to contact them. I was so distressed about this, but I knew that God knew where this couple was and He could find them for me. So, I began to pray. God never let them leave my mind or memory. I couldn’t forget them, even if I tried. I prayed, “Lord, You know where they live. You know that if they are truly hungry for you and they still want a Bible Study, then You will help me find them. Lord! Please help me find them!” I’ve been praying this (not daily, but whenever they came to my mind, which was often) since last November.

Last night, my husband and I were running errands in our town, Gilroy. (Our church is in Hollister and this couple lives in Hollister). We went to a couple stores and then to Wal-Mart. As we walked down an isle in Wal-Mart, I looked, and I couldn’t believe my eyes! It was them! It was that couple! I was so shocked that I just didn’t think about what I was going to say.

I just went up to them and said, “Hi-i-i-i-i-i!!!”

They looked at us and immediately recognized us and smiled!

I said, “You came to our church to get a turkey!”

They said, “Yes, we remember you!” They hugged us and were so excited to see us!

I said to them, “This is God! Remember you signed up for a Bible Study?”

They said, “Yes.”

I said, “Well, your information was misplaced and we had no way to reach you. I’ve been praying for God to help me find you and here you are!”

They were amazed!

We chatted for a few minutes, they gave us their phone number, we hugged again and said good-bye, with me saying I would call them soon.

In Jesus’ name, we are going to teach them a Bible Study, they are going to be saved, and they are going to live for God the rest of their lives!
